No. Anyone living in the apartment must be approved by management and listed as a resident or authorized occupant before moving in.

The Link has a no-smoking policy for all apartments, building interiors, hallways, offices, and indoor common areas. Smoking is limited to permitted outdoor areas.
No. Smoking is not permitted on balconies or patios.
No. Vaping, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and vaporizers are covered by the same no-smoking policy and are prohibited indoors.

Receiving packages should be simple and convenient. Whether you're ordering textbooks, groceries, or online purchases, The Link at 4th Ave makes it easy to have packages delivered to your community. Below are answers to common questions about package deliveries and pickup.
Residents are welcome to have packages delivered directly to their apartment. The Link does not accept or store packages in the leasing office, so please make arrangements to retrieve your deliveries promptly.
No. The Link does not have package lockers or a package room. We also do not accept or hold packages in the leasing office, so residents should have deliveries sent directly to their apartment.
We encourage residents to retrieve deliveries as soon as possible. Once a package has been delivered, The Link at 4th Ave is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged.
Our community rules are designed to create a respectful, safe, and enjoyable living environment for everyone. Residents and guests are expected to follow the lease agreement and community policies while helping maintain a positive community for all.
To help everyone enjoy a comfortable living environment, quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During these hours, we ask residents and guests to keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of their neighbors.
Residents and their guests are expected to respect their neighbors, follow the lease and community policies, and avoid behavior that disturbs others or damages the property.
Yes. You may enjoy music in your apartment as long as the volume does not disturb your neighbors or violate community noise policies.
